These chocolate chip muffins are so soft and fluffy they are a special treat when fresh out of the oven and still warm. You can replace the chocolate chips with blueberries, oatmeal or cranberries for a healthy alternative breakfast muffin. With the chocolate chips these muffins make a perfect snack that is fairly healthy that fills you up. If you are feelings peckish, you want something sweet or something with chocolate just pick up one of these and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips – dairy free
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Place banana into a bowl and mash your banana until there aren’t many large clumps.
3. Add maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract and peanut butter to the banana and mix until combined
4. In a new bowl sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon whisk together
5. Add the wet ingredietns to the dry ingreidents mix until combined
6. Add dairy free Chocolate chips stir into the batter.
7. Line a 6 muffin tin with baking liners and pour the batter into the liners – be sure to leave a little space at the top so they don’t spill over
8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or when you stick a tooth pick into the centre it comes out with no residue on the toothpick.
9. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy.
