Quick Overnight Oats

This recipe is really delicious, you can add anything you want into it to make it your own creation and fun mix of breakfast flavours. I recommend this recipe if you like oatmeal and you want to mix up your breakfast options. Also if you aren't a morning person, you are in a rush in the morning or you eat breakfast on the go, make this the night before, leave it in the fridge and grab it in the morning for a quick effortless breakfast that will actually fill you up. This recipe is easy to make and clean, it doesn't take very many dishes to create. Please leave comments, pictures and suggestions below, enjoy!!


Prep time: 5 minutes

Chill time: Overnight

Total time: 5 minutes to make plus overnight,

in the fridge.

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 banana

- 1/2 cup oats

- 1 tbsp honey

- 3 tbsp peanut butter

- 1/3 cup almond milk

- 2 tbsp peanuts


Instructions:

1. In a small mixing bowl, mash your banana with a fork until there are no longer any large clumps.

2. Place your mashed banana into a mason jar or container of your choice, make sure your container has a lid.

3. Add oats, honey, peanut butter and almond milk into the container with the mashed banana

4. Mix your ingredients together until well incorporated

5. Slice ½ a banana and place on top of your mixed ingredients

6. Add peanuts to the mix as well

7. Close the container and place in the refrigerator over night to soak.

8. In the morning open up the container, grab a spoon and enjoy.
