This delicious recipe is perfect for mornings, it is fast, easy and filling. You can add what ever toppings you want. Anything from brown sugar & cinnamon to milk, fruit, protein. Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup of oats
- 1 cup of water
- a pinch of salt
Toppings:
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Instructions:
1. grab a pot add water and salt boil this mixture.
2. slowly add your oats and stir.
3. Once all the oats are incorporated let it sit on the heat for 1 minute stirring occasionally.
4. after about 1-minute remove from heat and cover the pot, let rest for 2-4 minutes
5. once all the liquid is soaked up use a spoon to dish into a bowl
6. add your brown sugar and cinnamon, stir into the oatmeal once fully mixed grab a spoon and enjoy.
